Did you know?...we're sure you do...that OCA's menu recipes are all lovingly made 'in house'. We also proudly offer a variety of fresh 'daily specials' which are influenced by our multicultural culinary team. Currently they hail from as far as Peru, Turkey, and Hungary. Our regulars have noticed, and commented on the extra 'zing' in many of the dishes in the quarterly tweaks!!!
Did you know?... OCA is available to hire for private functions. We can cater for a small intimate buffet with a select group of friends or a private hire of the entire restaurant for larger gatherings, such as weddings, christenings and birthdays. 'I was lucky enough to win a meal for four here in last month's Onionring competition so dined there tonight. It was fabulous.
Starting with the friendly greeting despite being half an hour late (it was the raining heavy honest m'lud!)I must say the staff were lovely. Attentive but not intrusive, friendly but not gushing, generally just great. Food was superb, not one dish (and we all had something different) was a let down. Fresh, tasty and hot. There wasn't a single gripe or grumble and we will definitely not only go back but happily recommend. A very enjoyable and pleasant evening. A big thank you to Jo and her staff.'
Breaking OCA News
We are taking part in the Trafford Festival event called Taste of Trafford; this will be our 3rd year running participation where we will be making pizzas at the Altrincham Market on Sunday 26th September.
Thanks to Oliver from our fantastic wine supplier for coming in and telling us all a few things about the new wines now being served at OCA… Why not come along for a glass or three and try for yourself!

26th June 2010: Ladies Day @ Oca. See the photos on the right...We raised £1380 for Christies on Ladies day; we also were told that we were he highest donator for the month of Ladies Day events in June out of over 30 restaurants in the Manchester area!!

18th March 2010: OCA is staging ITV's new show 'Dinner Date' - a spin off to Channel 4's 'Come Dine with Me' - after three blind dates with budding 'chefs' at their homes, only one is chosen for a date at OCA - fingers crossed that Cupid is pointing his arrow over OCA tonight... watch this space!!
